End User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Snorlabs Ltd ("we", "us") for use of the ToolBoxHQ application ("App"), available on iOS, Android, and web. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this EULA and our Terms of Service.

3. Licence Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicence the App. Use the App for any unlawful purpose. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App. Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Snorlabs Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "ToolBoxHQ" is a trademark of Snorlabs Ltd.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a licence to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you input.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your account settings or through the App Store / Google Play. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App includes AI-powered features that generate quotes and other content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed for accuracy before use. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. AI features require an active internet connection.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated quotes or any other content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snorlabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your licence at any time if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. You may terminate by deleting the App and closing your account.

12. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Snorlabs Ltd, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that Google has no obligation or liability with respect to the App or this EULA.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

14. Changes

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
