These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToolBoxHQ, operated by Snorlabs Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ToolBoxHQ is a job management platform for tradespeople. We provide tools for managing leads, jobs, quotes, invoices, client communications, team management, and AI-powered features.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ToolBoxHQ. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
ToolBoxHQ offers Free, Pro (£26.99/month), Business (£54.99/month), and Enterprise (POA) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ToolBoxHQ. You grant us a licence to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to input any client data and for complying with data protection laws in relation to your clients' data. You are a data controller for your clients' personal data; we are your data processor.
When you share the client portal with your clients, you are responsible for informing them how their data will be used. Clients access the portal using their surname and postcode — you should inform clients of this access method.
AI-generated quotes are estimates based on general trade pricing and should be reviewed before sending to clients. We are not liable for inaccurate AI-generated pricing. Job descriptions sent for AI processing are not stored by the AI provider beyond the request.
You must not use ToolBoxHQ to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt to access other users' data, use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate trade business management, or abuse the AI features (e.g. excessive automated requests).
ToolBoxHQ is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect quotes, invoices, or other documents generated through the platform.
You may close your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
